The people who make and produce the food we enjoy so much in the New Forest are one of the reasons we are such a top foodie destination.
Over the past few weeks and months we’ve been introducing the chefs and producers who’ll be bringing you the headline events and today it’s time to meet head chef Thomas Baker, who’s in charge of the headline event for our Sizzling Steaks & Perfect Pies theme at The White Buck.
Thomas will be preparing a delicious steak and pie-based five-course banquet on Friday 4th November. He’ll be joined by Head Brewer with Fuller Smith & Turner, John Keeling, who will be matching a range of beers to the meaty dishes. John has over 30 years’ brewing experience.
So if you thought that wine was food’s natural bedfellow, prepare to be enthralled and amazed as your taste buds are taken on this fascinating culinary journey.
