Phil loves what he does and is committed to producing the best quality, freshly prepared homemade dishes. His passion for local food is reflected in the daily specials and seasonal menus.

Mr Lyburn will conduct a mass cheese-tasting session on Friday November 4 before guests are invited to choose their favourite to be made into a delicious ploughman’s lunch, by Phill and his team, at The Drift Inn at Beaulieu.
