Ever wondered what goes on behind the vats or, indeed, in those vats, once all the grapes have been gathered in?
Wonder no more! For all will be revealed by the clever people at Setley Ridge, during their talk, A Year in the Life of a Vineyard, which is part of the New Forest Food & Drink Festival’s Sensational Sides events.
The talk will be given on Monday October 31 at 7pm as part of the ‘Tastes of the New Forest’ dinner taking place at the Rosie Lea Kitchen at Setley Ridge.
The dinner will showcase some of the very best seasonal Forest ingredients from their farm shop, and give visitors a glimpse into the life of the English vigneron, with all the battles against the weather and other outrageous fortune that it sometimes entails.
