The White Buck near Burley is hosting our Sizzling Steaks and Perfect Pies Main Course event for The New Forest Food & Drink Festival, and has recently released its five-course tasting menu.

It sounds delicious and will be paired expertly with a range of beers from John Keeling, Head Brewer with Fuller Smith and Turner.

The evening, planned for 4 November at 7.30pm is billed as ‘The Fuller’s Head Brewer’s Roadshow at The White Buck’. Tickets cost £55 and places are limited.

John Keeling has over 30 years’ brewing experience and will be matching a range of beers to the menu prepared be The White Buck’s Head Chef, Thomas Baker.

If you thought that wine was food’s natural bedfellow, prepare to be enthralled and amazed as your taste buds are taken on this fascinating culinary journey.
